Version History Fixes the Apple Watch complication showing only dashes after recent watchOS updates. It has been rebuilt for current watch faces and existing complications should update automatically. Prayer alarms can now be set for any of the five daily prayers, each with its own offset. Alarms stay off unless you turn them on, and an existing Fajr alarm keeps its settings. 8.0.6 Oct 2 Fixes prayer time and reminder notifications that could fire at the wrong time when your location's timezone differs from your device's current timezone. Also fixes silent mode on Mac not muting the athan while the app or menu bar item is active. 8.0.5 Oct 2 Fixes the watch complication getting stuck on one prayer time and then going blank. Watches already showing dashes will repair themselves after updating. 8.0.4 Sep 5 Fixes a notification that was showing placeholder text instead of real copy, and fixes the Ask Siri screen suggesting phrases Siri couldn't actually understand. 8.0.3 Aug 26 Fixes the location pin sometimes appearing crossed out even with location enabled, and "Set Location Manually" incorrectly opening iOS Settings instead of the text field. 8.0.2 Aug 21 Fixes an issue where the Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets could stay on a past prayer instead of updating to the current one. 8.0.1 Aug 20 Version 8.0 is the biggest update Athan Utility has ever had.

• Native Mac app — a real macOS window with a sidebar, plus a menu bar item that counts down to the next prayer and opens a popover for quick changes
• Fajr Alarm — schedule a genuine iOS alarm locked to Fajr (or Sunrise) that follows the times as they shift through the year, with an offset for tahajjud or suhoor (requires iOS 26)
• Calendar integration — add months of prayer times to your calendar in one tap, and export the monthly view as a PDF or spreadsheet
• Rebuilt Apple Watch app, with complications for your watch face
• Widgets now appear in the Smart Stack around prayer times
• Ask Siri for the next prayer, or any prayer's time today
• A new Discover screen that walks you through everything the app can do

Now fully localized in 12 languages, with the prayer names and wording reviewed for each region.
